Product Introduction
This product is a film-grade thermal insulation and infrared barrier masterbatch, available in two types: high light transmission and low light transmission. It can be used to produce thermal insulation and infrared barrier films or sheets with visible light transmittance ranging from 1% to 75% and infrared blocking rate of 99% through biaxial stretching or injection molding processes. It is suitable for applications requiring thermal insulation, energy saving, infrared protection, and UV resistance.

Thermal insulation particles as small as 40 nanometers, evenly distributed in plastic;
Excellent transparency and high clarity, with film haze below 1%;
High thermal insulation rate, with infrared blocking rate of 99% or higher for wavelengths of 800-2500 nanometers;

Product Applications
Used to develop sheets with thermal insulation, infrared protection, and UV resistance functions, such as PC sunlight sheets, welding masks, etc.
Usage Method
Refer to the dosage reference table below based on the required optical parameters and product specifications. It can be used alone, in combination with each other, or mixed together. Mix with ordinary plastic pellets according to the recommended dosage and produce using the original process.
